HOW TO USE
After washing a face, take an appropriate amount in the hand or on a cotton pad and apply evenly over the entire face. Pat until completely absorbed to moisturize the skin.
The skin will feel moisturized enough with just one application, but for extremely dry areas, try layering the toner several times.
