How long will it take to get my order?

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed then you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link.

Alternatively, you can use the tracking reference and track it directly at Australia Post's website here:

https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search

Do you ship oversea?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout depending on the cart weight.

What shipping carriers do you use?

For International Orders, we provide option by EMS and DHL Express.

What currency are the prices in?

All prices are in AUD.

If your card does not pay in AUD then the your bank may convert your local currency to AUD to make payment for the order.

Please note that a currency conversion fee may occur from the bank here.

Can I cancel my order?

For any cancellation request, please kindly email our team at hello@lilabeauty.com.au as soon as possible with your order number.

We will check with our warehouse team to see if this may be possible.

Please note that as all orders are sent directly to our warehouse, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed here.

How can I amend my order?

For any amendments to the order, please kindly email our team at hello@lilabeauty.com.au as soon as possible with your order number along with the changes you would like to make.

We will check with our warehouse team to see if this may be possible.

Please note that as all orders are sent directly to our warehouse, we are unable to amend any orders that have already been processed here.

My item was damaged in transit. What can I do?

If a received product is damaged or defective then please kindly email our team at hello@lilabeauty.com.au within 14 days of your delivery to arrange a return for a replacement or a refund.

Please include your order number in the email along with photos of the issue here and our customer support team will help to provide a resolution for you.

How do I use my rewards points?


Once logged in at our website, you can visit the 'My Rewards' tab under the account icon.

On this page, you will see your points balance along with how to 'Earn Points' and how to 'Redeem Points' in the top tabs.

If there are sufficient points available then it will allow you to redeem the applicable rewards.

Otherwise there will be an indication on the reward to advise you of how many points will be required.

You can then copy the code and paste it in the promo/discount box at checkout (if the code isn't displaying then please kindly refresh the your rewards page after redeeming).

All redeemed discounts do not have any expiry so you can use it immediately or in a future order as required.
