HOW TO USE
As an absorbing toner: After cleansing, pour a moderate amount of the toner on your palms and apply to your face. Lightly pat until completely absorbed.
As a wiping toner: After cleansing, dampen a cotton pad with the toner and gently wipe it on your face.
