HOW TO USE
To use the toner pad as a quick mask, place the pad on desired areas for instant soothing and cooling effect.
To use the toner pad as a wiping toner, gently wipe the entire face with the pad along the skin texture excluding eye areas after cleansing.
To use the toner pad as a makeup base, keep the pad under cool temperature and place the pad on face 5-10 minutes before makeup for clear and bright complexion.
